Show Dogs Photo Gallery
I have had the good fortune to breed some really lovely dogs, and I
cannot keep them all myself. If a good quality show home comes along, it
only enhances my breeding program and reputation to see that they get a good
quality dog to show...

Ch Ashcroft Sangeo Santana - 'PIPER' is Jesse and Karen's first Bedlington and first show dog They live in New Jersey. Karen grooms Piper
herself, and showed him to Winner's Dog at our National Specialty in 2003.
Piper is DNA 1-1 and produced his first litter in 2005.
His daughter CH Boardwalk's Bling Bling
is having a very successful show career in the Pacific Northwest. Younger daughter
Ashcroft Talking 'Bout My Girl will be out in 2010, son Ashcroft Talk Of The
Town is AKC pointed as he starts his show career. LAMZ Heads I Win Tails You
Lose, a Piper son out of Ch LAMZ Lucky Clover has both his majors, one as WD/BOW
at the Floating Specialty in Louisville KY.

Bitch at
the BTCA National Specialty 2003 on the way to her championship. Bred to Ch
Willow Wind Aragorn she
produced Willow Wind Earendil who is major pointed. Sierra is DNA 1-1.
Sadly, Nancy and the Bedlington community lost her husband Mark to a tragic accident in
late 2006.

Ch
Ashcroft Varekai.... "KAILEE" lives with Dick and Kay of Boardwalk Vizlas and Bedlingtons in West Linn Oregon. Kailee was WB/BOW at the 2005 National Specialty
and finished her championship November 26, 2005! Kailee is
DNA 1-1.

"The three "kids" play great together. While I wouldn't go
off and just leave them, so far they are really having fun. Kai-Lee sometimes
pairs with Annie, and sometimes it is Rupert." - Kay

Ashcroft Lucky American Dream, aka Elvira, lives in Sweden, the cherished pet and show prospect of Viktoria Lidsell.
Viktoria chose her during her visit in October 2005 when she showed some of the
US entries at our National Specialty and supporting shows. Elvira is DNA
1-1.

We are well all of us. Elvira and Ronja have so
much
fun together and Rasmus likes to play with her as well. She has been very
good for our other dogs and we know that she likes all of us too. She is
such a nice and friendly dog to both people and other dogs.
We have been at our first three dogshows here in Sweden. For two weeks ago
we were at both a national dogshow with an Australian judge and a speciel
terrier dog show. Elvira behaved very well. At the national show she got a
second prize in the quality for the Australian judge, but got a first prize
in quality at the terrier show for a German judge, Mr Siewert Falk-Rüdiger.
He liked her very much. You know we get written critiques on our dogs in the Skandinavian countries. The judge wrote as following about Elvira:
Very typical expression. Excellent head, eyes and ears. Correct front and
hind quarters. Correct topline, excellent deep of breast, very good coat,
very good movements.

CH Ashcroft Magic Me At Lamb's End, 'TIMMY', is living with Rebecca
and Fiona in California. His show career started in 2007 with a bang. Timmy
earned both majors and 9 points in one long weekend with WD,
WD/BOW, and then BOB over specials twice at the Sacramento KC shows! He
finished his second weekend out, at the Long Beach shows held in conjunction
with the Great Western Terrier Association show. Timmy also took Best In
Sweeps that weekend. He has two litters on the ground, Timmy is a blue Bedlington Terrier,
DNA 1-2.

Timmy thinks that going for walkies on
leash outside in the neighborhood is the best fun ever. He has so much
energy I can hardly keep up with him. I took both dogs for a brisk walk for
a long time and he never ran out of steam. They both crashed when we got
home. To quote Dr.Dodson and Cesar Millan " a tired puppy is a good puppy".
He is also a sweet and loving puppy and I suspect he may be too smart for
his own good....or mine. So curious - he has to check out EVERYTHING. He
also has the Bedlington sense of humor - they are just so funny !!
He is also so beautiful - I love looking at him. - Rebecca

CH Ashcroft Rogers Tivoli - 'ROGER' - lives with Nancy in
Pennsylvania. Roger is a blue Bedlington Terrier, DNA 1-1. He is out of Ch
Destiny Ashcroft Rocks On by Ch Boardwalk Ticket To The Moon, making him a
half brother to Timmy above. Roger finished with 3 majors and now he'll start
his obedience and rally career. His first litter is due mid July 2009.

Didn't think I'd have so much to say already!!
Roger had a very nice trip home-laid on Corrine's lap and was the perfect
gentleman. We arrived home and took him around the yard
with Mayzie and Daphne. He immediately took to Mayzie and of course she
wants nothing to do with him. He is NOT the least bit shy, and contrary to
what we thought the girls were not able to put him into his place. He acted
as if he's been here forever!
Right now Mayzie is lying on her pillow under
the desk and he is on the floor right beside her. May started barking at him
and he was barking right back. I am watching them and just want them to each
figure out their places in the pecking order.
Needless to say Roger is
eating QUITE well and very active and alert. He has probably been the
easiest puppy to house-train, as he seemed to go out from day 1. I can't
believe how responsive he is. When he wants a treat, he comes and
immediately sits. We have a tunnel in the basement which they use at puppy
kindergarten and he with no hesitation went in it. Many dogs must be coaxed
and are afraid of it--not the Dodger.

Ch Ashcroft Orion - 'ORION' - lives with Karen and Al in Pennsylvania.
Orion is a sandy male Bedlington Terrier, DNA 1-1. He is out of Ashcroft Lucky
Penny by Ashcroft Magical Jackson, a brother to Ch Ashcroft Do U Believe In
Magic. Ashcroft Orion was WD/BOW in Louisville KY March 13, for a 5 point major
during the BTCA National Specialty show circuit. Orion
finished his AKC championship in Harrisburg, PA April 2009 with another major
win and already has one leg toward his JE title. Agility is next!

Orion snoozing with dad Jackson
new champion
Hi Diane. Orion is doing great! Even Savanna has
given in to him. She just couldn’t resist. He’s just too CUTE!! So she
invites him to play and then he runs away. He’ll try to play with her then and
when she does he runs to me.-Karen

Ashcroft Talk Of The Town - 'MARQUIS' lives in CT with Jay and Darla. Marquis
is DNA 1-1, a blue male with outstanding coat, fantastic temperament and lovely
movement. He'll
be the grooming shop mascot and companion to Theo, Tinsel, Paris and their cats. Marquis is AKC
major
pointed.

Marqis/ Talk Of The Town is getting big. We really love him .
