Magic is special, has been since she was a baby. She slept on my bed every night until the end. A bit of a "doggy" bitch, she was top dog here at Ashcroft, and I loved her. Magic was out of the single litter I had from my CH Ashcroft Sangeo Sonora, bred to CH Boardwalk Ticket To The Moon. An outcross, she has a lot of the qualities of her granddams BIS/BISS Ch Silvery Moon Unforgrettable and Ch Wrightwyn's Puttin On The Ritz, two exquisite movers. Her coat was thick and dense with guard hairs, her movement was so dead on, it took my breath away. In 2007 she was awarded the top Breeder/Owner Handled Bedlington bitch in the US after very limited showing that included a Terrier Group placement. An English breeder went over her at the 2008 World Dog Show, remarking how she had wonderful depth of chest and was still slab sided as Bedlingtons should be. Magic enjoys Earthdog, Coursing, and Barnhunt - becoming the first Bedlington Terrier to earn a Barnhunt title. Bred back to Ch Ashcroft Sangeo Sahara she produced one of my favorite litters , the "talking" litter, with Marquis, Spenser and China among the pups. Her last litter was to GCHB Kaylynn's Party Crasher. Their daughter Ashcroft Hope For Magic is so very like her mother, it's hard to tell them apart.
